Location feels unsafe next to a questionable gas station!!! Poor communication regarding final receipts—multiple follow-ups with no response!!! Room cleanliness left much to be desired, with hair and trimmings left behind!!!

The property was well-kept and quiet, but I

found some unexpected limitations during my stay. The room was clean and had a nice fridge, yet I was disappointed by the missing cookery utensils despite the kitchenette. The front desk was friendly, but the breakfast options were lacking.

You can't go wrong with the Sicilian cunzato bread! Plus, the room had a modern vibe, and the A/C was on point, which was a lifesaver in Houston's heat.

Free parking and great shower, but non-smoking room smelled like smoke at first.

However, it was unusual that the reception could not provide simple utensils despite offering breakfast. The availability of guava jam added a nice touch to the morning meals, which is a highlight for guests. While the stay was generally positive, some inconsistencies in service could be improved.

The location is fantastic, with a gas station convenience store nearby and just a short drive to downtown. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for friends to relax together. The A/C worked wonders in the Texas heat, ensuring a pleasant stay for our group.

I stayed for a night in a King Studio and loved the modern feel of the room. The shower pressure was great! However, I experienced a bit of a hassle with switching rooms due to a smoke smell. I’d stay again!
